Welcome to Blaine Barn house located in the Wine Country in Los Santos!
The Barn mixes past and present giving it an incredible ambience and sense of privacy.
Behind the main front iron gates you will find the central bay window which outlooks onto the vines of the valley!
The barn features a main reception area with main living areas and a beautifully detailed kitchen-diner.
You will also find a small toilet/laundry area which leads onto a home gym with treadmill and shower area!

To make sure this mod works 100% with no missing props, it is crucial you install the following-
1) Latest ScriptHook V
2) Latest ScriptHook V .NET
3) OpenIV program
4) Latest Map Builder
5) Latest Map Editor
6) Unlock-all-objects version 1.0 (Needs to be 1.0 NOT 1.1)
MUST HAVE MAP BUILDER + MAP EDITOR IF MAP IS NOT FULLY LOADING!

To install follow these instructions-
1) Place "Barn" into your GTA main directory
2) Play GTA game
3) Whilst in game open Map Editor using F7 key
4) Go to load map and type "Barn" (May take a up-to 1 min to fully load due to props amount and PC specs)
5) Go to the area on the map where the barn is located and ENJOY!

@Pro Gaming : You should have backed up your gta 5 to load the map in game, wait until the new Scripthook V is out. But it isn't the fault of the map maker.
@CurtArchitect @subbtert Sorry Guys, I am a bit of a perfectionist and there was some stuff I didn’t like about them. The plan was to re-design them but I didn’t have time. I promise ill get back into it and start releasing more!

I understand, but you could just leave them on the website as a beta version and then update them when you think its complete. Most users will give you 5 stars anyways, however if you take the mansion mods down it’s harder to gain popularity.
@81M good job man, i really like the architecture and pure thought process on this build. the only thing i hate is the texture popping from overlapping props, to get rid of this, just move them on Z axis .0001 up or down, its not very noticeable, and will get rid of texture popping. all in all, great job!
