IT IS BEST IF YNSTALL RDE AND ALL OPEN INTERORS, but you don't have too
once you've installed Menyoo you'll have a "Menyoostuff" folder in your game directory. Go to that, then drop the xml file (s) in your Spooner folder menyoo link https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/menyoo-pc-sp copy and paste
