Made this few months ago never got used, so im dumping it here. Fairly sure its ready to go for a fivem server but I might be wrong.
Install to SinglePlayer:
Open OpenIV and go to your "Mods" folder in the main GTA directory.
Go to: update >> x64 >> dlcpacks >> custom_maps >> dlc.rpf >> x64 >> levels >> gta5 >> _citye >> maps >> custom_maps.rpf
Drop the ymap file there
Install to SinglePlayer:
Open OpenIV and go to your "Mods" folder in the main GTA directory.
Go to: update >> x64 >> dlcpacks >> custom_maps >> dlc.rpf >> x64 >> levels >> gta5 >> _citye >> maps >> custom_maps.rpf
Drop the ymap file there

Is it made as interior MLO?
@MrGTAmodsgerman I just used menyoo to build the interior, that's about it. More than welcome to tell me if these work since I have more shit to upload then.
@spritexd Well, then you could try to make some real interiors with Codewalker and 3Ds Max https://forums.gta5-mods.com/topic/21975/tutorial-mlo-interiors-part-2-custom-exit-portals/2
