[TF2] Heavy Minigun

This mod replaces the minigun with the heavy minigun from tf2.
Steps:
(optional) - create a mod folder
(optional) - copy the update folder in the mods folder
- in openIV go to mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday3ng/dlc.rpf/x64/models/cdimages/weapons.rpf
- copy the folder into the patch.
- have fun
known issues:
-the barrel does not rotate. this is impossible to fix for now.
-the position of the hands is a little strange, it is not possible to fix, since I wanted to preserve the integrity of the model.

@XxXlolgamerXxX lol, like seriously though, does it take alot of work to do this? I heard someone said about like importing it into gta4 with some thing then into gta5 or something but was wondering if there was like atutorial or something around, mrvicho13 tutorial thing was deleted or something.
@Casinberg delete the tutorial because the admins of the page will erased the links and also wanted to improve the tutorial. is now working on it, perhaps in a few days gives new information.

@XxXlolgamerXxX Awesome :), still no way to add the weapon as standalone in the game world somewhere rather than it replacing a current weapon? I don't care if it can't fit in ammunation, placed somewhere in the world or...hmmmm...what about a website mod? Where you go to the website and type in the weapon name and you purchase it + ammo on there and it appears then in your weapon wheel having been purchased? That would be awesome and great way to add new weapons and cars without them replacing current stuff :).
@Krakenous that's asking too much ... but the weapons were added instead of replacing them is possible, however it is impractical, because for each new weapon people would have to make several changes, and I think it is much more annoying to the user end than simply replace them ... with those changes to which I refer is the fact that I have to replace the dlclist with each new weapon to put in the game ...
@XxXlolgamerXxX why not add seperate DLC lists per weapon? Or, why not add the weapons loosely using mod manager? This is why I originally was saying we need to create a base hub plugin mod that allows the base to be expanded on and inserted upon with modified weapons and vehicles. Almost like a hub, a ground work that can be used for "new" models and weapons/cars etc that can they be called from within the game at say...a specific location on the map, or better, a website, a bit like how this mod works: https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/buy-heist-special-vehicles-in-singleplayer-via-in-game-website-unknown-modder
He uses a custom website to call the vehicles models for purchase and this method could be used for custom weapons, instead of replaced weapons too, then in the future...we can create proper, custom websites for the games to have weapon mods on, each author could essentially have his own "website" that hosts his mods like custom weapons and vehicles. That would be incredible and tons more practical. I think it is worth investigating as a collective effort between modders :)
@Krakenous create web pages is not possible, what he did was enable the same page that exists in the multiplayer to work in singplayer is nearly impossible for now create new pages ...

@XxXlolgamerXxX that's what i meant dude, use a site that already has text entry for now, and make it work that way :). Not is impossible, I just think you are misunderstanding me a bit. I take it English isn't your first language? That's cool, I just hope you are getting me/understanding me.
I said "then in the future" meaning that when modding develops further, we'll be able to create new websites and what I meant once, each other will be able to make a new webpage for their mods wepaons mod and car mods etc to be purchased which would be so fucking cool.
It will take a long time probably, but it's a solid idea for the future of mods :). Some of the scripting talent is amazing so far...just look at Single Player Garage, that inspires me :).
