after installing updated version the wheel postilion seemed to be fixed but after restarting Gta the wheels on right side move inwards again
found issue if you have Vstancer enabled when spawning in the car it will revert the wheels back to being broken so disable Vstancer before spawning in this car.

@M0vx You say that the problem of the wheels is because of Vstancer ?
@OdinPagan I can confirm he is right, with VStance disabled the car spawn correctly. Seems it's a issue with V-Stance, even after spawn it correctly if you activate the mod the car gets the wheels inside again.
@DUB95 Yes I saw that but it's quite strange that the car does not support Vstancer
