It's an add-on vehicle so just plop the folder in your dlcpacks and add the line in dlclist.xml and you're good to go!

- Uber pretty emergency lights, courtesy of 11john11
- LIFEGUARD texture mapping, also by 11john11
- Removable surfboard & equipment
- Fits right into San Andreas
