The Delta Flyer-II was a reconstruction of the original Delta Flyer that was in service aboard the USS Voyager from 2375. Its predecessor was destroyed during a mission to infiltrate the Borg tactical cube 138 in early 2377. (VOY: "Unimatrix Zero")

2- Wind trail
3- Collision
4- Passengers:1 the pilot

First, go to gta5 / mods / update / x64 / dlcpacks
Make a new folder, name it "deltaflyer", and drag dlc.rpf into the folder.
Then, go to gta5 / mods / update / update.rpf / common / data
Edit dlclist.xml, add "dlcpacks:/deltaflyer/"
Spawn name - deltaflyer
