What the file is:
I've developed this modified vehicles.meta to try enhance the sounds of the cars in GTA V to be more realistic to their real life counterparts.
Cars that have been changed:
v1.0
- Schwartzer & Khamellion to roaring V8
v1.1
- Entity FX to a more subtle but beefy V8 engine as the real life ones sound.
v1.2
- Elegy to a more realistic sound from the Coquette (Closest match/best sounding file I could make).
Drop me a comment in my mod upload if you have any engine swap requests and I'll be more than happy to do it.
How to install:
Copy the "vehicles.meta" file using OpenIV (In edit mode) to the path below and overwrite your original file (make a backup if you want)
\update\update.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5\vehicles.meta

Next update will include a sound swap for the F620 for those who are using the Nissan Silvia S15 mod.
Other small vehicle changes will be included :)

@mastermuffin123 Within ENT (mentioned above) you can mod your cars, and then save them and choose any name to represent the car.

@Bluerabbit Just added the Entity V8 sound in update 1.1 :)
In the next update could you add a V12 for the Zentorno. So the Aventador mod has the correct sound.

@ihsaan96 @vithepunisher What about changing it to the Casco sound? It isn't perfect but it does sound a little like a worked Honda.

I see you've written that this mod is to make a more realistic driving experience, yet you put a V8 engine sound in an electric. That doesn't make any sense. The khamelions counter-part is the Fisker Sunrise, an electric car with a petrol-powered generator that doesn't always stay on, and makes very little noise.
@haavix The Khamellion can be looked at as a Fisker or as a different car such as a Maserati. Personally I'd rather have the car with a V8 and it be a Maserati than a quiet car.
If you want the car to be quiet and electric then don't use this mod simple ☺
Also this is based on personal choice as I've asked the users to provide feedback and what cars they want changed. No one else had made a comment about the Khamellion being a V8 apart from yourself.

@ihsaan96 Don't get me wrong, It's an awesome mod, truly is. Although the khamelion is a deal-breaker for me. Of course, like many people, I love the roar of a proper V8, I just like to have some peace when driving electrics. My request is for you to make it simple to configure the mod, so that people can easily have the cars they want changed, changed.
