This mod replace police cruiser (police2) (you can spawn this vehicle with menyoo or another trainer).
Installation tutorial included in download.

Sorry but putting a lightbar on top of a vanilla car doesn't make it a police car

There was an attempt ☆, buuuut merely slapping a lightbar on the roof just won't do it. . .. ..
Try looking at vanilla police cars or works of renowned emergency vehicles modders such as 11john11 and Voit Turyv; you need some more police equipment, proper livery mapping, etc.
However, the first step has been made, and I hope you'll keep on trying (u‿ฺu✿ฺ)12 juillet 2019 -

Works well as a proof of concept, but the livery needs some touchups to make it up to the LSPD standards, aswell as some interior police equipment.
