Made this thing a while ago for my own enjoyment and I didn't want to let it linger any longer on my hard drive.
Requirements:
- OpenIV
- IF the emergency lights appear to be glitched or not working, use https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/sirensetting-limit-adjuster
- IF the game crashes, use https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/gta-5-gameconfig-300-cars or any other custom gameconfig
