Go in OpenIV to: Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\mpheist\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles\mpheistvehicles.rpf\
and replace two files from this package
Remember enable Edit mode. Do not forget to make a backup
