@erfet i have been searching and comparing urs with other cars dlc's. I might found why it does that.
ur vehicle.meta doesn't have the interior setting wich i believe controls the hight of the seat & hands on steering wheel (i am not sure since i don't make car mods).
Example:

Do you offer requests? Been dying for a 370z wide body/rocket bunny/liberty walk style.... Only one I've found was private and the group doesn't plan on releasing it anytime soon... I would try to make my own but Unfortunately can't find a good tutorial on making car models. Only for converting them from gta 4.
addon instructions are pretty vague....
