Is what it is - a Gokart :)
0.2 fixed issue with movement when at standstill also added a sexy spoiler :)
Handling now is now a lot better, improvement to collision data.
Template included:

Install instructions
First, go to gta5 / mods / update / x64 / dlcpacks
Make a new folder, name it "gokart", and drag dlc.rpf into the folder.
Then, go to gta5 / mods / update / update.rpf / common / data
Edit dlclist.xml, add "dlcpacks:/gokart/"
Spawn name - gokart

added missing tags to title
The model looks good, but the scaling is way off. The drivers feet normally rest just in front of the front wheels, with the seat barely in front of the rear axle.
