Hello everyone! I am making this simple meta.file edits for myself, but maybe for someone will be useful.
First install car: https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/2003-nissan-350z-add-on-tuning-template
MAP : https://www.gta5-mods.com/maps/dz-battle-8-add-on-sp-fivem

-INSTALLATION GUIDE-
1. Open up OpenIV
2. Enable edit mode
3 .Extract the .rar file onto desktop
4. Find \common\data\ in OpenIV
5. Replace the handling.meta with the new one
