How to install:
1. copy the tahoma folder to:update/x64/dlcpacks
2. In the update.rpf go to:/common/data, edit the dlclist.xml and add this line:
dlcpacks:/tahoma/
DO NOT EDIT WITHOUR OUR PERMISSIONS!!!

This is built off the Willard isn't it? Pretty smart, you should do re-badged versions of every thing you can. Like Pontiac Grand Prix and Olds Cutlass versions of the Sabre or Faction.

Damn, Rockstar just released a DLC and a car called ``tahoma`` too. This means this vehicle model will behave as a replace on the new update.
