if i want to use this mod can i use only as addon mod, or it is compulsory i need the ELS mod too?

You need els for the lights to work correctly, but trust me, once you get els you’ll see why I chose to make this an els car 😃 lemme know if you need help with installation of either mod! @SecterSeven

I'd really like to have a Non-ELS version as I'd like to add it to the FiveM server I'm in but they don't run ELS cars.

can anybody help me get this vehicle installed correctly when i go to do this Add a line above "</Paths>" and paste this:
<item>dlcpacks:\unmarkedcobalt\</item> i get this error when i try to save SYS_ERROR_00000020:The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process. any help would be appreciated
