You know what? We haven't had a new 747 version in quite a while ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
This is the Boeing E-4B "Nightwatch", a special aircraft designed as mobile command post after nuclear/emp attacks. The electronics in this aircraft are specially shielded to withstand an EMP blast, thus leaving it functional after an attack has occured.
This mod is based on the older Boeing 747 mods. Model wise some changes have been made:
-Aerial refueling hatch in the front
-Extra sensors, countermeasures, antennas
-New engines
-New (low poly) main deck and lower deck entrance interior, doors can be opened.
Changelog 1.1:
-fixed Readme error
This mod is an Add-On(!)
This is just one of several 747 versions mod. I have planned to other versions, including Laser weapon version or the modern 747-8i. Check the GTA5-Mods Forum link below!
Like I have said before, I'm really eager to release more aircraft (military/civillian), helicopters and military vehicles. If you like my work and want to see more, please show your support donating. It helps me affording the things I need to continue modding (ZM3, model files, etc)

Please note: right now it says:
Item>dlcpacks:\airforce1\</Item> in the readme, but it should be:
<Item>dlcpacks:\nightwatch\</Item>
Basically, "Airforce1" Has to be changed to "nightwatch", thanks to JRod for making me aware of this

How do u get the plane or spawn it?
