1. Put the folder "E36" in GTAV Installations Dictory/mods/update/dlcpacks
2. Open: OpenIV
3. Turn: Edit Mode
4. Navigate to mods/update/update.rpf/common/data
5. Extract the File "dlclist.xml"
6. Edit this File with an Notepad-Editor
7. Scroll down and add this Line <Item>dlcpacks:\E36\</Item>
8. Replace this "dlclist.xml" with the "dlclist.xml" in the folder
How to Spawn:

I am the author of this mod. It is totally ok, that he made Add-On version of it, because he has my permission to do so. Now one can drive the sexy 328i as an Add-On, or as traditional replace-mod. @CSQ574 Thank you and pin this comment.

The readme says:
1. Put the folder "E36" in GTAV Installations Dictory/mods/update/dlcpacks
but you have to install it to:
1. Put the folder "E36" in GTAV Installations Dictory/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks
There is no ...update/dlcpacks folder. Just update the readme. Now I was installing the mod and I was like...where is the dlcpacks folder?? :))
Bugs:
-Something behind the car stops the car hitting the wall/ tree..etc... In the front of the car same problem...
-No neon can be added
-Non working Dials
@Alekseyys would pay good money for a roof 2 be added hit me up
