This handling mod converts the Comet, Rebel, Surano, Vigero, Stretch, Caddy, Saddler, Hauler & Barracks in to off road racing machines. The Caddy, Hauler, and Barracks were not modified as heavily as the first 6, which I focused on the most.
I also did some minor tweaks for better off roading with the Patriot, Sandking, BF Injection and Dune buggy by changing the suspension, ride height, grip, and drivetrain.
Instructions
OpenIV 2.6.
1. Open OpenIV
2. Go to update > update.rpf > common > data
3. Start edit mode
4. Right click Handling.meta, hit replace.
5. Select my handling file to replace with
All these modifications were made on a handling file that had been pre-modified to make speed and suspension more realistic on all cars, in my opinion much better handling than the stock file. I can make another version using the stock handling file in the future.

Rebels suspension is suck man! This a rigid axles. but like a mcpherson strut suspension.

find <strModelFlags>440010</strModelFlags> change it "440010" to "220010"

What setting should i edit to lift other cars? if you can't share, then i would love the Panto car lifted :)
Also, when a car is in the air, can you make them spin and flip faster?
And lastly, any idea how to make the sides of wheels much more grippy, so we can balance, and drive better on two wheels? (meaning two drivers side, or passenger side wheels) Thanks
