There you'll find the updated version of Menyoo; I tried it myself and it works like a charm (Has the new weapons, vehicles, etc.)

@Steezy_Skater Its pretty outdated as it hasn't been updated in 5 years so it probs doesn't work anymore
I suggest finding a better and up-to-date trainer like Menyoo or Simple Trainer
