Does this car spawn regularly like normal police cars ?

@GooD-NTS I think I've solved the problem. Before launching OpenIV installer, I must close Rivatuner, or else the installer will disappear after Language selection

I'm sorry, but it looks like we're not going to continue updating the mod but as an alternative to our retirement, we'll be giving you the source code for you to modify/create. Here's the source code:

Where can I read FAQs and troubleshooting ? I'm having a problem right now. I launch OpenIV installer, choose language,click next, and installer freezes and closed
