go to mods\update\update.rpf\common\data open dlclist.xml and make sure to click on edit mode on the top right side in front of the address bar.
add the line:
<Item>dlcpacks:/designer_house/</Item>
now save it and close it and play the game reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
