A: AddonPeds Editor generates a folder named UserMods and creates automatically two files (ap_l.ini and ap_m.xml) in your: C:\Users\YourName\Documents\Rockstar Games\GTA V\UserMods
In this case you have to create manually both files and also the folder in Documents GTA V directory.
