is there anyway to change the registry manually to go back to what it was?

@RainBawz i put it in the desktop, and you know what?, i reinstall the game, redownload update, and it still crashing, it wasnt like this before i install this program, and now i dont know what to do, f*ck my life.

@RainBawz hey bro, i think i found the problem, after i install this program, GTA 5 only detect half of my graphic memory, it said in setting i have 2gb+ memory, before i install this program it can detect 4gb + memory,

@RainBawz ill try reinstall, but are the mod that already installed will be gone?, or maybe i have to back up the data now and replace after i reinstall?
