@Michael21107 "Open all interior mods" doesn't load properly Because of those props and some of the trees in GTA V Remastered: Enhanced & Forest of San Andreas mods which Open all interior mods also had. Try other interior mods.
The best streetlight mod. This is what I was looking for. No heavy fps drop. No far-distance problem. And mostly, I love the ALL WHITE VERSION STREETLIGHT.

FOR MORE CHALLENGING ROBBING A HOUSE, EDIT YOUR CROUCH. So, the noise is still useful and challenging even if you are in stealth mode like in (GTA SAN ANDREAS robbing house mission)
DO THIS:
find the "gameconfig.xml " file from here: mods\update\update.rpf\common\data
Now open it with Notepad++ and search for crouch (If you don't know how to search in a text document look it up)
You will see these lines of code:
AllowCrouchedMovement CB_FALSE
AllowStealthMovement CB_TRUE
Simply change it to this:
AllowCrouchedMovement CB_TRUE
AllowStealthMovement CB_FALSE

Holy sh*t this is what I was looking for. Remove those yellowish streetlights, Especially when I'm using those NVE graphics(Only the graphics and weather/timecycle)(Manually Install) the streetlights are so yellow that it fixed it. Also, the white streetlights are perfect.
RECOMMENDED MOD!
This would be perfect if it also had a mission, like a tow track mission.
THE MOD WORK FINE, BUT .INI FILE DOESN'T WORK. DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO FIX THIS?
Does this thing have a turn Off and On engine?
