That does not sound normal, make sure you are using the new .ini and dll since if you don't it may lead to an abnormal amount of spawns.
I would first try it without RDE but it should be compatible.

@Migueldanovich21 I'm assuming this is April Fools so I'll keep it up as a comment. But seriously, read the description with the options you have for gameconfigs.

@Niko- Bellic I think only Legacy works, enhanced kinda breaks mods. You can try though: get back to me if you figure out a way to make it work.
