If anyone is experiencing crashing while in the middle of the loading screen, or possibly during gameplay, you need a gameconfig file for your CURRENT version of GTA, you can check through your game directory, right click GTA5, properties, details. There you can find your version of GTA. If you still crash by memory error or something, you probably need heap adjuster and packfile limit adjuster.
