    @lucasvinbr yes, not only do they not spawn, but enemies dont. and everytime i would try and initiate a capture it would say i cant take over my own turf or something like that.

    @lucasvinbr is there any reason gangs arent spawning, yet their blips are on the map, i have scripthoov and dot net up to date, as well as lemonui. and no npcs are spawning.
