Just got around to testing it. Great stuff just like the last two. On a side note, this one is easier for me to fly as long as i don't try any crazy maneuvers. I tried to pull a cobra and it almost went into a flat spin.
Also, for carrier take-offs, try the boost command in Kaboomtrainer, under the vehicles tab.
@MARRA92 Just tried some carrier take-offs and landings. I finally managed a successful run after sinking many flankers. I wish i could make a catapult script for the carrier.
Great work! Just as fun as the B1. The AOA this thing can pull is amazing. I originally wanted to give it a quick test, but next thing i know, I've spent over an hour just doing stunts.
It seems to have no effect on bodyguards spawned by trainer. If they are shot, they will still go into writhe mode. Oddly enough, when i spawn attacking peds from the same menu, it works just fine.
This is nice. This gun finally has the rate of fire that It deserves. You even added bullet spread!

The aim-9 behavior may need a script to be replicated. I didn't find anything in the weapons.meta that would give it leading properties

Which version are you on? I should clarify that it isn't solely a pirate issue, so missing DLC could be the problem.
