@ahmed023 Calm down. Are you sure something else isn't crashing your game? I had your problem at first, and it was a bugged car mod that was crashing.

Because there is no NOOSE car for GTA V yet the closest thing would be an all-black Crown Victoria with the NOOSE logo and "National Office of Security Enforcement" text on the sides, similar to this van: http://www.gamemodding.net/en/gta-iv/gta-iv-cars/14362-noose-van-v3.html
Maybe you could do a marked NOOSE car with red and blue lights?
