I've had some problems with installing this mod too!
I tried everything.. Then a kind member of this page asked me if any of my virus programs blocked anything, didn't know, so i just turned it off. Then after turning them off (regular Windows Defender firewall) i tried pulling out the game to my desktop and right clicked and ran as administrator, that fixed my problem! Hope anyone get to enjoy the mod as i can now! :-D
