I'd like to use this on a GTAO Char (Skin Editor mod) in Single Player for a film. Can I edit the tattoo and use it in the film? (you will be credited in the clip)

@donkiam me too and R* removed my 37.9M and only gave back 20000 $ (◣_◢) IT'S ALL ALEXANDER'S FAULT!!!!
