How do I instant sell because when I press y it puts my car on sale but for some reason they never sell. Any way to fix this?

@_CP_ Update- I uninstalled visualv but I am still getting a worse frame rate then before any ideas? Plus I got an error saying trouble finding windmill files.
@_CP_ I installed it using the mod package and now textures are missing and I have a bad frame rate help please
