Replace Method
1. Open Open IV
2. Turn on "Edit mode"
3. Go to:
Then open "vacca.ytd" in gta5 / mods / x64e / levels / gta5 / vehicles.rpf

Then open "lamboreventon.ytd"
Replace texture "Template" by Unzip the file and insert it all.
4. Close Open IV
