Whenever I install this mod & its requirements when I load into the game I get a "loading online maps" on the left side of the screen, then the screen goes blurry and I get "entering online" in the bottom right corner even when I disconnect internet, have I done something wrong? Would love to use this mod

So i can buy things and it seems to work but my money never drains or raises when I buy things or complete missions, anyone know a fix?
