How hard is it to understand once a game get's updated, the mods needs to be updated too. Some mods will work, some not. The best way to do this is to delete the mod folder, install mod by mod and see what causes the crash.
@hard7675 delete the mod folder and update rpf.
If you have problem, delete the mod map and reinstall them, and then update the game via steam or SC

@Robbeedee turn off your real time protection in the AntiVirus.
Am I the only one who do not have any trouble with this and menyoo? Have you checked your virus protection set off to no real time protection? you see Windows think menyoo is a trojan. Did you also download the newest menyoo version?
Is this still safe to use Online?
@Hauntedhaven As for add on cars you need a patch for the newest DLC. I'm not really familiar with that part, but a quick google search gameconfig.xml
