5mods on Discord
You have to have your dot (crosshair) on the person and it makes it very hard to get to stop. Also Instead of stopping the car forcefully can it just decelerate?
@Daimian I think I figured it out. It probably was a bug that happened after doing a fleeca heist using the mod https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/rob-fleeca-v2. I died after exiting the bank and being spotted when i respawned I think that made the bug.

wow you responded quick! Yea if you have discord I can show you the mods I have.
Even if i'm standing in front of them it gets rid of them and they spot me I get stars back then lose them again.
@Daimian I'm having an issue were when ever I get any kind of wanted level it almost immediately gets rid of it. 1-5 stars down to 0. Keeps happening and i'm not sure why.
