you cannot pass fleeca because the drill doesn't work so you can't progress on to play Pacific Standard
nevermind used scripthookvdnotnet that was linked on the mod page and it works now
I'm getting the same issue unable to go to the heist tab. it just sits there forever loading but I can still move Michael in the background.
