@bur587 I'm afraid not buddy, your best bet is YouTube!
@bur587 I don't use templates, I just go off the original texture. Get them from openIV, for example most vehicles are located: x64e.rpf>Levels>GTA5>Vehicles.rpf | You will need to be in edit mode and export a texture to wherever and voila.
@bur587 There are some great tutorials on YouTube! Mostly it's just editing in photoshop, and replacing the originals! Very fun :P
