    yooo u can help me out i downloaded the flordia wicks mod i was tryna use it for franklin but it wont stay put on his head and keeps changing colors from black to blonde any idea how i can fix ?? or does it only work for the multiplayer in director mode ?

    I was instructed that when editing file ScriptHookVDNET.ini from reloadkey:none to Reloadkey: insert mines say it "cant be done or saved dont have permisson to open this file see the owner" anyone get this problem ?
