like most of this man's mods, they are awesome (especially how he adds ways for people to keep creating content for them built right into the mod) but they are all outdated.. his trucking missions (which I wish so badly he would update) somehow unlocks you from all the menus so when you're using the arrows it just opens your phone and such) and this mod actually even though I got it working and even added a few radio stations myself, it crashed my game unexpectedly around every 20-30 minutes.
Just a question, I have recently installed this mod and I like how it looks but I also have been running the All in the game mod from 2015. My game consistently crashes after a while of adding these two mods. I can't quite seem to find any reason for it. Has anyone else had this problem with this mod?
@reicou can you please tell me, if you know, how to add your own channels? I looked through the ini files and I am not understanding how he made the stations get that url and have an ending of m3u. I just wanted to add a live constant streaming youtube link but that didn't work.
@ImNotMental (and others) I spent two whole days to FINALLY see what was going on. To anyone who is having issues with this mod getting rid of liveries on cars or if you are going into benny's shop and the customs options are either not available or stating NULL, it is an inteferences with one of your add on cars with that vehicle of question. For example I cannot get any custom options on the Tornado Classic with the Rmod Customs Lamborghini P770. So if you are wanting the custom features for that vehicle bad enough you have to remove the add on car. I have no clue what is causing it, but just maybe the creator could chime in and state what could be interfering in this mod when using add on cars.
Loaded my game up this morning to find that once again the benny workshop is not working and car liveries are gone and once again the ONLY way to get it working again is to remove my mods folder with my add on cars...
Okay so I couldn't delete my previous comments but upon further testing please revisit this mod and update it. I have the premium motorsport dealership ( a mod most people have) and when you add any add on cars to your folders, and then close the game and open it back up, the car liveries are gone from benny and his shop no longer works... there is no way we should have to choose between having this mod and add on cars!
After continuous work on this mod for a few hours I can say it just needs a good update. This was such a fun mod while I played around with it, but when you're in any menu it doesn't lock you into that menu, don't know how to fix that, and then it kept buying the place every time I got onto the game. The mod was already a personal favorite for doing a job for some extra cash but the developer allowed you to easily add custom routes to the game for additional missions. Please return to this and fix these bugs in the mod!!!
Okay so after too much time I figured it out. If you are running the premium motorsports dealership mod with this mod and you have used the PDM tool of the mototsports to add your custom add on cars to the shop for purchase, you must go back into that and get rid of that .ini file and all the vehicle.meta files you added there. Then delete the database.ini file that comes up from saving custom add on cars to the dealership. Then of course make sure you have your heap adjustment, file limit, and your custom gameconfig.xml mods to get the custom cars to work. Otherwise what will happen is when you load the game the custom features of benny will not be available for the lowriders and they will all say NULL.
I had this mod working perfectly, then one of my additional added mods screwed my game up so I started fresh. I installed everything just like last time and his shop is there and working except for when I customize a car into a benny classic version and then all the tired and accessories are now only showing NULL.
