What Handling mod would you recommend for the standard GTA V vehicles?

I don't know if you are still active but you changed the hat texture of S_M_Y_Cop which was 512 x 512 to the S_F_Y_Cop Hat Texture which was 256 x 256. Therefore the hat lost texture quality but I found in the game files in streamedpedprops.rpf/player_zero a unused police hat which has the golden star AND high quality (512 x 512). I know it's just a small thing but I think it's worth to change it.

@Lundy I am too stupid to make a screenshot but here's what to do:
1.) Take a firearm
2.) Shoot at the lightbar
-> You'll see, that the lightbar only partly breaks, but this bug is too with the standard Sheriff Cruiser. Try the rotor lightbar of the Police Stanier.

Great but please fix the buggy lightbar!

Good mod but in the background of the pictures is a Sheriff Stanier 1st gen. Link for the model, please.
