ok I have a problem with ur software. A day before yesterday I downloaded it and it worked perfectly my anitivirus was off until yesterday. on rebooting my pc avg automatically turned on and when I clicked open iv to launch it again it sayed files are missing or some fatal crash error. Then I reinstalled it and it says cant download files from server. I completely un installed avg and now it dosent work either it gives me the same messege while downloading that 21 mb file. PLZ HELP
