Extract "PlayGTA5.exe", "xinput9_1_0.dll", "icudt.dll", "awesomium_process", "Awesomium.Windows.Forms.dll", "awesomium.dll"
& "Awesomium.Core.dll" to your GTAV Root Folder. (Where "GTA5.exe“ located.)

1. Where to put mods? How to Add Mods?
- Asi Mods put on GTAV Root Folder (Where "GTA5.exe“ located.), Lua Mods put on "GTAV Root Folder\scripts\addins" and DotNet Mods put on "GTAV Root Folder\scripts"
2. How it works?
- It just rename the Scripthook to "*.disabled". OpenIV Mods cannot be switch off because it edits game files. Sorry about that!

Help pls, how do I play GTA V offline/non steam
ill give 5 stars due to the miss-given 1 star rating. great stuff, i like not having too throw .ini and .ddl files all over my desktop lol
Mod Manager is better.
Better thing is delete and keep dinput8.dll in recycle bin, play online, restore mods by restoring file from recycle bin.
@Juim1j I have always simply kept an alias of the GTA V folder on the desk top and dragged dinput8.dll and ScriptHookV.dll out to go on line and back to use mods in Story Mode. Seems far quicker than even using a Mod manager. That said dealing with OpenIV changes is a different matter as ImnotMental points out.

It works but I am trying to make its shortcut on desktop and that shortcut just shows busy cursor and then nothing happens
Why can't disable one by one if can't then its useless bruh i can just delete mods its not that hard
