With PropertyPool, you can buy, rent out, and resell properties. The market is constantly changing, and property values can go up or down. So buy and sell smart. As long as youre renting out your properties, you cant sell them, and the rent depends on the propertys value.

Hey everyone, I made a small SHVDN script that makes adding new locations to PropertyPool much easier.
What it does:
Press F6 anywhere in the game to save your current location
A prompt will appear with the street name you're standing on already filled in as the property name - just edit it or leave it as is
Second prompt asks for the property base price (default $1,000,000)
The script automatically creates a LocationSaver_Output.xml file in your scripts folder and saves everything in PropertyPool's format
Output format is compatible with Properties.xml - you can either copy individual entries into your existing Properties.xml or use the entire LocationSaver_Output.xml as a new Properties.xml directly.

Copy the code into a file in .cs format or download and put the file into your scripts folder.
You can change the hotkey by editing the file in text editor.

Not received any money from rented properties?
I found out that 158 Properties is the limit, after that the mod stop showing names for any property added after 158, but the 158 work fine even if you have more. It also messes up the blip prompt, it doesn't say Real Estate Listing: ON, instead it displays part of the 159 property name.
