Hell fucking yeah. I've wanted Sonic's 06 model in this game forever, so I did it myself.
If someone could tell me how to fix these, it would be VERY appreciated, I can't find any solutions online
- He's floating off the ground (it's not that noticeable when moving)
- His neck breaks when on a bike/quad

Use Meth0d's Add-On Peds:

@WolfFire23309 Thank you! I use Blender. For the textures, I used Substance Painter to rework and upscale them

@Mr Emotiman Ah ok, unfortunately I use 3ds max, so I was gonna provide some tips and tricks for fixing the height issue and neck movement. I do not really know how to do that via blender so I'd recommend checking for videos available on YouTube for it. I do know that the Yoda model from this site is on ground level. You could try importing his model into blender and try lowering your character so that his feet are matching the placement of yoda's feet. Just a suggestion as I've done that before myself for a character I made that was smaller in size to base game peds and it worked for them. As for the neck, you could edit the weight influence of the character to remove or add more neck movement. In 3ds max I usually try to aim for about 300-500 influence as to not max it out at 1000 weight and for the movement to stay realistic for how the neck is supposed to look. Just an idea, but I hope you can find a fix for it using blender! More trial and error will get you there eventually! Great work so far though!🔥💯🐺✌️
@WolfFire23309 Thanks, pal! I'll give your methods a try, I think I can translate the weighting to blender terms in my brain haha. I'm wanting to port Silver at some point, and maybe the characters too. I'm gonna try to perfect Sonic, then apply that to Shadow, and then get to the others lmao.
@WolfFire23309 I tried both methods you mentioned and neither worked unfortunately. But, I'll figure it out eventually, knowing me I did something stupid and either completely forgot or didn't notice lmaooo
@Mr Emotiman Dang, well keep trying different things as you will eventually figure it out with time. It'll just click one day as that usually is what happens when I run into an issue and don't know how to fix it. Cause there is not always YouTube videos that will help with this stuff unfortunately.
