This time rigging seen better but the mod needs some attentions:

1. Hair is selected as "Ped_Default" The corect shader is "ped_hair_cutout_alpha or could be "ped"

2. Head shader is mostly selected as "ped" with shaders system as Bump,Diff,Spec and Env. You use Trevor's normal and speculars maps but this is a different head's characters. You need to generate a normal and specular from original's head texture.
Never use others normals and speculars from others heads characters to a new head characters because it won't looks good.Look yourself:

3.Head model needs to be smooth by selecting in your 3D software smooth vertices normals becuase smooth models looks better. This time the seams is unnoticed beceause is behind the head but you most aware next time you mod a head. Look:

4. Clipping issues with hands and clothes, pants and shoes also. This is very easy to fix in any 3D software.Just select the model and hit vertices mode button and start moving the clipping vertices away from the others objects.

@dionys19 completely agreed, he did do a little better on this one, but he hasnt been using alpha for years like we've suggested. we just gotta hope he reads the comments we take the time out of our day to write as tips/motivation from people who have dealt with these things before. and not as hate speech.

on the last mod he had all of our comments deleted, even though we were providing actual tips, and not trying to "hate" or do anything like that.

@UGUR PRODUCTION I make my speculars map from a software name ShaderMap4 but the program cost money. Another good alternative is MindTex 2 and cost $19 dollars on Steam and it is a nice software with good results.

If you have or know to work with Photoshop you can get free plugins to generate normals and speculars map easy. Also here is a tutorial from 5MODS forum https://forums.gta5-mods.com/topic/24997/what-how-you-should-do-when-making-textures

@Ze-Krush We hope he learn. But you know he using Trevor's head normal and specular for this mod without setting correctly the shader and ending with neither textures in the new head he did. If you take a close look to the model you will know what I'm talking about.
