Just a simple skin overlay I did for myself. The readme file will be in the download if you don't know how to install the mod.
Do not use online as it might result in a ban.
Update 9/10/15:
- Added male version with "Enforcer" patch. Also included backups for him too.
Update 9/13/15
- Added the .ytd file instead. Hopefully it will fixed the problem not loading up or prefer the .ytd method.

@Sushei I took a look and noticed I didn't add the .ytd so I apologize for that. I updated the mod so you have to replace the .ytd file instead of opening it manually replacing it. Hopefully this will fixed the issue for some people.
Updated. Just waiting for admin approval.
Hey, so I followed the instructions in the Readme file, but when I tried to open the game it wanted me to download like 1.8GB of something.
Living in Australia, I have pretty terrible Internet, so instead I was just going to replace the modded file with the original, but I get the message "Unable to open archive: Unknown file format or archive is corrupted" when I try to open the streamedpeds_mp.rpf folder.
So yeah, any ideas?
@Oh_FFS That update's because of the modified files, your best bet would be to play GTA V offline (Unplug the ethernet cable when booting the game up).
Having said that, I tried this mod as per the instructions and it did nothing at all. :\
It does also work if you did make an mod folder and put orginial files you want to modify, but you need to have OpenIV.asi and scripthookv.asi in main game directory.
TysonAlvarez i made a file inside f free mode 1 corrupt the file is this ..jbib_diff_006_a_uni.ytd can u plz upload the ytd file so i can fix my game , because now my game wont start and just crash at loading
@Sushei I added a backup file incase of misfortunes like that. You need Open IV and have it on edit mode. Also I did add the "ytd" file if you mean the "ydd" I didn't edit that part it was just a overlay.
@calvinh did you try it using a trainer offline? The mod isn't suppose to be played online incase of R* pulling a ban hammer. But it seems like it doesn't work for everybody so I will look into it.
@Oh_FFS Are you trying to open the file using Open IV? and did you download the asiloader?
@TysonAlvarez Yeah, I installed the file and tried to change it using Open IV and I'm using an asiloader that came with another mod.
I had a look through the GTA V files and found one I hadn't noticed before called x64v.rpf.part. I removed this from the directory which seemed to stop the random download, and now the game loads right up to where game play would begin then freezes. Like, the whole computer freezes. Even SuperF4 can't kill it and I have to manually restart it.
@TysonAlvarez Jup, tried the enhanced native trainer for that
@calvinh @Oh_FFS Oh that doesn't sound too good. Alot of peds including the Player models are stored in x64v.rpf I don't know if its consider piracy to put a backup for that file. I suggest you uninstall the game and reinstall it saving all your mods in a different folder.
@calvinh I will look into it buddy and do another update. Maybe its the way I saved the mod or something I am new to this.
@TysonAlvarez Yeah, I might have to. I'm going to let the download do its thing and see if that will do anything, if not, I'll do a fresh install.
Cheers.
@TysonAlvarez This idea is really cool, more faces to Lost peds so they are more dynamic. BTW, does this replace the old faces? And could you do this for the cops? ^^
@EnforcerZhukov No it doesn't change any faces. Just the jacket/sweater ytd file. Also sure man what should I do that you're looking for?
@TysonAlvarez basically i though about making new faces to the cops, like what you did on this mod but for cops. Could be great to give them more variety :D
@EnforcerZhukov Well the thing is I didn't edit any faces. They are apart of the game regularly I use this mod called "Skin Control 2.1" Which allows you to customize your multiplayer character in depth from ageing, tattoos etc. The MP peds already have police uniforms that look good already I just wouldn't know what to do with them.
so is this just a jacket texture replacer because when you open it in open iv, that's all it shows.
You already do mods based clothing in the NPC clothing that has the former games shoes female dress and boots female.
great ideia to do that nice model, but like the other guy above said, you make mods based on npc clothing nothing new to show, but anyways this version is better than the original ones anyways.
nice work
