please download and install Synx's Chicago Bulls jersey first you can get it here: https://www.gta5-mods.com/player/chicago-bulls-23-franklin
installation:
mods/x64v/models/cdimages/streamedpeds_players.rpf/player_one/click on "uppr_diff_031_a_bla.ytd" and replace the dds with mine then click properties and put MipMap levels on 1
