add reflections & rexture helmet to more dark

add 2 options (with & without belt)

@Bad Company Editing the meta ped file. But it's unstable though, as you can see the glass is not visible :(

Truly awesome mod. Finally some proper SWAT lol :D It was always bothered me they having their glasses on top of the helmet :D
